Explanation of Responses:

1. This option shall vest and become exercisable over a period of four years from the Vesting Start Date, September 13, 2021, with 25% vesting on the one year anniversary of the Vesting Start Date, and 1/48 of the total number of shares each month thereafter over the following three years, such that the options will be 100% vested on the fourth anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer on each such date.
