These RSUs vest as follows: 1/3 of these RSUs will vest on the earlier of May 15, 2023 or the date of the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, 1/3 of these RSUs will vest on the earlier of May 15, 2024 or the date of the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and 1/3 of these RSUs will vest on the earlier of May 15, 2025 or the date of the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The RSUs have no expiration date.
