Explanation of Responses:

1. The option vests and becomes exercisable as to 25% of the underlying shares on October 29, 2021 and in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter.

Remarks:

This amendment is being filed to correct the Form 4 filed by the reporting person on October 30, 2020, which contained an error as to the vesting schedule.
