Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 11, 2026, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 reporting the acquisition of 9,320 shares of Stryker Common Stock earned upon the satisfaction of certain performance criteria, subject to vesting on March 21, 2026 (the "Performance Stock Units"). The 269 shares being reported here represent dividend equivalents issued in connection with the earned Performance Stock Units, which also vested on March 21, 2026 and were settled for an equal number of shares of Stryker Common Stock.
