Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 12, 2023, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which incorrectly reported the exercise price of the employee stock options due to an error in determining the closing price of the Class A Common Stock on the date of the grant. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the exercise price of the employee stock options is $10.55 per share rather than $10.54 per share as reported in the original Form 4. This amendment also updates the address of the reporting person.

2. The option will become exercisable in four equal annual installments beginning on 07/10/2024.

3. Reflects the number of employee stock options beneficially held by the reporting person as of the filing date of the original Form 4.
