2. These shares represent the Class B Ordinary Shares held by Frontier Disruption Capital over which Asar Mashkoor may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power.

3. The Class B Ordinary Shares is convertible into Class A Ordinary Shares at any time at the discretion of the holder, or automatically at the time of the registrant's initial business combination on a one-for-one basis, subject to certain adjustments and have no expiration date.
