Explanation of Responses:

1. Sold pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on November 21, 2025.

2. Represents the weighted average price of the shares sold. The prices of the shares sold pursuant to the transactions ranges from $18.03 to $18.20 per share. The Reporting Person, upon request, will provide the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

3. The securities reported herein are held by IIM Holdings II, LLC, which is an entity controlled by the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.

4. Represents the weighted average price of the shares sold. The prices of the shares sold pursuant to the transactions ranges from $18.00 to $18.07 per share. 6. Represent shares of common stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person's spouse. 7. The amount shown reflects the amount owned by the Reporting Person's spouse after the sale of 36,791 shares of common stock between April 6-8, 2026, pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan, at prices ranging from $18.00 to $18.20 per share.
