The reporting person has no pecuniary interests in the shares of the issuer that it beneficially owns for Section 13(d) purposes. By virtue of its management of Longview Client accounts, Longview beneficially owns 27,060,944 shares of Common Stock, as of April 15, 2026, representing approximately 9.9% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock, calculated in accordance with Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act, based on 270,845,862 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of March 11, 2026 as reported by the issuer in its definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 27, 2026. This report is being filed solely to indicate that the former insider is no longer subject to Section 16.
