Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock. The RSUs vest in twelve substantially equal quarterly installments beginning on May 15, 2026, subject to the continued service of the reporting person through each vesting date.

2. Includes 986,412 RSUs.

3. The Form 4s filed by the reporting person on March 9, 2026 and March 10, 2026 understated the reporting person's beneficial ownership by 63,262 shares. The correct number of shares beneficially owned following the transaction on April 15, 2026 is reflected herein.
