Explanation of Responses:

1. The restricted stock units will vest 1/3 on each of March 15, 2025, 2026 and 2027.

2. The Restricted Stock Units will vest 50% on each of January 9, 2024 and January 9, 2025.

3. The restricted stock units will vest 50% on each of February 28, 2024 and February 28, 2025.

4. The options will vest 50% on each of February 28, 2024 and February 28, 2025.
