4. The reporting person held previously reported options to buy 16,000 Common Shares (with tandem tax withholding rights) under the Invacare Corporation 2003 Performance Plan, 8,000 of which expired on August 14, 2022 and 8,000 of which expired on March 18, 2023, in accordance with their terms.

5. The current balance reflects the expiration of 8,000 options on August 14, 2022 and 8,000 options on March 18, 2023.

6. Upon cessation of employment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Invacare Corporation Deferred Compensation Plus Plan.
