Inteligo Bank, Ltd., or Bank, is a subsidiary of Inteligo Group Corp. or Group. Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intercorp Financial Services Inc., or IFS. IFS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intercorp Peru Ltd. or Intercorp Peru. Each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein, and the filing of this statement shall not be deemed an admission that such Reporting Person is, for purposes of Section 16 of the Exchange Act or otherwise, the beneficial owner of any of the reported securities. Following an issuance of shares of common stock of the Issuer in December 2025, shares of common stock of the Issuer held by the Reporting Persons represented less than 10% of the total number of outstanding shares of common stock of the Issuer. As a result, as of December 23, 2025, none of Bank, Group, IFS or Intercorp Peru are subject to Section 16.
