Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person forfeited 30,419 shares of restricted stock back to the issuer.

2. No transaction is being reported on this line. Reported on a previously filed Form 3, Form 4, or Form 5.

3. The reporting person holds previously reported options to buy 44,933 Common Shares (with tandem tax withholding rights) under the Invacare Corporation 2013 Equity Compensation Plan, granted in reliance upon the exemption provided by Rule 16b-3. These options were granted on March 16, 2017, at an exercise price of $12.15 per share, will expire on March 16, 2027, and became exercisable on February 19, 2020.

4. The current balance reflects the expiration of 13,500 options on August 14, 2022 and 13,500 options on March 18, 2023.
