In connection with the completion of the Issuer's initial public offering of its Class A Common Stock, each share of Series Seed Preferred Stock and Series A Preferred Stock automatically converted into shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer at a ratio of 1-for-1. The securities have no expiration date.

2. These securities are held by The Michel Krieger Revocable Trust, of which the Reporting Person is trustee.
