1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Microvast Holdings, Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The RSUs vest in equal installments on the first, second, and third anniversaries of the grant date.
