Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one IRET common share.

2. The restricted stock units vest in three equal installments on January 1, 2022; January 1, 2023 and January 1, 2024.

3. The options vest in four equal installments on January 1, 2022; January 1, 2023; January 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025.

4. This amendment corrects the exercise price that was disclosed in the original filing on January 5, 2021.
