Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 26, 2026, Horizon Kinetics Asset Management LLC ("HKAM") filed an amendment to its Schedule 13D wherein it reported beneficial ownership of 10,050,070 shares. The extent of HKAM's pecuniary interest in the shares reported in the Schedule 13D are disclosed herein. On April 7, 2026, Mr. Stahl, a director of the Issuer, passed away unexpectedly. As such, the total figure reported has been reduced by 25,808 shares that were owned directly by Mr. Stahl and his wife and are no longer subject to Section 16 reporting.
