Explanation of Responses:

1. As previously reported in a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 30, 2021, the reporting person received an option to purchase 35,872 shares of the issuer's common stock (the "Option"). The Option vested 25% on December 1, 2021 and 25% on December 1, 2022, and will vest 25% on December 1, 2023 and 25% on December 1, 2024.
