The stock options, granted on April 10, 2026 pursuant to MAIA Biotechnology, Inc's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan, representing the right to buy shares of common stock, vest on a 4-year vesting schedule, with 25% of the options to vest on the first anniversary date of the grant and the remaining options to vest ratably monthly thereafter for 36 months.
