Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 5,000 shares granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2025 Stock Incentive Plan that are vesting ratably over five years at 20% per year commencing on December 18, 2026.

2. The 1,822 shares are held jointly by the reporting person's spouse with her parents.

3. The options vested at a rate of 20% per year commencing November 11, 2021, and were fully vested and exercisable as of November 11, 2025.

4. The options are vesting at a rate of 20% per year commencing on December 18, 2026.

5. The options are vesting at a rate of 20% per year commencing on July 24, 2025.
