Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted share unit represents the contingent right to receive one common share.

2. Consists of 153,833 restricted share units granted pursuant to the 2020 Incentive Award Plan and 29,167 restricted share units granted pursuant to the 2020 Earnout Award Plan, all of which will vest on May 31, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer through the relevant vesting dates.
