Explanation of Responses:

1. These stock options granted October 14, 2021, which were originally scheduled to vest in equal amounts on a quarterly basis over three (3) years, became fully vested and were cancelled pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of October 10, 2023, by and among the Issuer, Stockholm Parent, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Stockholm Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent, at the effective time of the merger, in exchange for no consideration.
