Remarks:

This Form 4 reports purchases through a managed account in the reporting person's IRA that only recently came to the attention of the reporting person. The reporting person's purchases of 3M common stock through his IRA on August 15, 2024 and October 23, 2024 reported herein are matchable under Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, to the extent of 5 shares, with the reporting person's previously-reported sale of 6,318 shares of 3M common stock on January 24, 2025 at a price of $149.4254 per share. Promptly upon being made aware of these transactions, the reporting person paid the issuer the full amount of profit ($110.04) realized in connection with the short-swing transactions.
