Explanation of Responses:

1. The nominal cost share option shall vest in four equal annual installments beginning on March 26, 2027.

2. The Ordinary Shares may be represented by American Depositary Shares, each of which currently represents one Ordinary Share.

3. This Option shall vest in forty-eight equal monthly installments beginning on April 26, 2026.
