Explanation of Responses:

1. The exercise price of the options is equal to the fair market value per ordinary share on the grant date based on the trading price of the Issuer's American Depositary Shares ("ADSs").

2. The Ordinary Shares subject to the option vest in thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments following May 19, 2023.

3. The Ordinary Shares of the Issuer may be represented by ADSs. Each ADS represents seven (7) Ordinary Shares of the Issuer.
