Explanation of Responses:

1. Pursuant to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, as amended, of TPG Pace Solutions Corp. (the "Issuer"), the Class F Ordinary Shares, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class F Shares"), of the Issuer, were automatically convertible into Class A Ordinary Shares, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class A Shares"), of the Issuer, on a one-for-one basis, at the time of the Issuer's initial business combination, subject to adjustment.

2. In connection with the merger of the Issuer with and into Vacasa, Inc. ("Vacasa") pursuant to the Business Combination Agreement, as amended, dated as of July 28, 2021, by and among the Issuer, Vacasa and the other parties thereto, the Class F Shares were automatically cancelled, extinguished and converted, on a one-for-one basis, into shares of Class F Common Stock of Vacasa.
