Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units granted under the Amended and Restated 2019 Equity and Incentive Compensation Plan. Subject to the terms of the grant agreement between the issuer and the grantee, the right to receive the PGTI common stock underlying the restricted stock units will be earned on June 20, 2024 but will continue to be deferred pursuant to a separate deferral election agreement between the issuer and the grantee whereby the grantee has elected to continue to defer her rights to receive the underlying PGTI common stock until the earlier of certain events, as defined therein, none of which shall be earlier than June 20, 2024.
