Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of ADTX common stock.

2. 50% of the restricted stock units vest on December 1, 2021, and the remaining 50% of the restricted stock units vest in equal quarterly installments ending on December 1, 2022.

3. 50% of the restricted stock units vest on September 1, 2022, and the remaining 50% of the restricted stock units vest in equal quarterly installments ending on September 1, 2023.
