Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 15, 2021, SEACOR Holdings Inc. (the "Company") consummated the transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger between the Company, Safari Parent, Inc. and Safari Merger Subsidiary, Inc. (the "Merger"). Upon consummation of the Merger, each such option was cancelled for no consideration.

2. Upon consummation of the Merger, each such option was canceled in exchange for a cash payment equal to the difference between $41.50 and the exercise price of the option.
