Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of PTC Inc. common stock.

2. Performance-based RSUs granted on December 9, 2024 that vest to the extent earned in three substantially equal installments on November 15, 2025, 2026 and 2027.

3. Performance-based RSUs granted on December 9, 2024 that vest to the extent earned in one installment on November 15, 2027.

4. RSUs granted on December 9, 2024 with 35% of the RSUs vesting on each of December 1, 2025 and December 1, 2026, and the remaining 30% of the RSUs vesting on December 1, 2027.

5. RSUs granted on December 9, 2024 that vest in three substantially equal installments on November 15, 2025, 2026 and 2027.

6. This amount represents the total number of derivative securities beneficially owned of the class shown.
