Explanation of Responses:

1. One fourth (1/4th) of the shares subject to the option shall vest on January 2, 2027 and the remaining shares subject to the option shall vest in thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer on each such vesting date.
