Explanation of Responses:

1. .Pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement"), dated July 24, 2022, by and among the Issuer, Unity AC 1, LLC ("Parent") and Unity AC 2, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent, the Reporting Person's stock options were terminated and cancelled for no consideration as of the Effective Time (as defined in the Merger Agreement).
