On April 17, 2026, the Reporting Person was granted 29,320 restricted stock units vesting in full on the earlier of (a) April 17, 2027, or (b) the date of the next annual meeting of the Issuer's stockholders occurring after the date of grant. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Xperi Inc. common stock.
