Explanation of Responses:

1. These securities are Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock. 1/3rd of the RSUs shall vest on each of May 20, 2027, May 20, 2028 and May 20, 2029 subject to the Reporting Person continuing as a service provider through each vest date.

2. A portion of these securities are Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock.

3. These shares are held directly by the Dennis and Madeleine Durkin 2017 Family Trust, for which the Reporting Person serves as trustee. The Reporting Person may be deemed to have beneficial ownership over the securities held by the trust.
