Remarks:

The Reporting Person's status as an insider terminated as of September 20, 2021 upon his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the issuer. Therefore, the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of the Issuer and therefore will no longer report any such trnasactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
