1. Each deferred share unit represents the contingent right to receive one share of the Company's common stock.

2. These deferred share units were granted on June 30, 2025, and will vest in full on the one-year anniversary of the grant date. The deferred share units will be settled in shares of the Company's common stock following the director's termination of service on the Company's board of directors.
