Represents RSUs granted to the reporting person pursuant to the issuer's share incentive plans, of which 81,252 RSUs will vest on December 13, 2026, and 81,258 RSUs will vest on December 13, 2027 and December 13, 2028, respectively. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one (1) Class A ordinary share of the issuer upon vesting.

2. These RSUs do not have an expiration date.

3. Represents Class A ordinary shares in the form of American depositary shares, each representing six (6) Class A ordinary shares of the issuer.
