1. 1/3rd of the total number of shares of common stock subject to the option shall vest following each one-year period after February 20, 2025, the date of grant, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service to the Issuer through each vesting date, so that the option shall be fully vested on the third anniversary of the date of grant.
