In connection with the consummation of the initial business combination of Bukit Jalil Global Acquisition 1 Ltd. ("BUJA") pursuant to the Business Combination Agreement, dated August 5, 2024 (as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented), by and among BUJA, GIBO HOLDINGS LIMITED, a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares, GIBO Merger Sub 1 Limited, a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares, GIBO Merger Sub 2 Limited, a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares, and Global IBO Group Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares, this "Exit" Form 4 is voluntarily filed to report that the Reporting Person is no longer serving in the role as BUJA's Director or holding more than 10% of the issued and outstanding shares of BUJA after May 8, 2025, and is therefore no longer subject to Section 16 reporting.
