Remarks:

On November 13, 2024, Thoughtworks Holding, Inc. completed its merger (the "Merger") with Tasmania Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tasmania Midco, LLC. As a result of the Merger, the Reporting Person ceased to be a Section 16 reporting person.
