These options were awarded under the Issuer's 2017 Equity Incentive Plan to purchase shares of common stock of the Issuer and vest in three years from the date of the grant, one third beginning on December 12, 2025, one third on December 12, 2026, and one third on December 12, 2027, subject to the non-employee director's continued service on the Board of Directors.

2. These options were awarded under the Issuer's 2017 Equity Incentive Plan to purchase shares of common stock of the Issuer and vest in one year from the date of the grant, beginning on December 12, 2024, subject to the non-employee director's continued service on the Board of Directors.
