Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a grant of 1,750 (as adjusted for 1-for-8 reverse stock split effected by the Issuer on September 6, 2024) restricted stock units ("RSUs") of the Issuer pursuant to Tenon Medical, Inc. 2022 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended. Each RSU will vest and automatically convert into shares of common stock of the Issuer (on one-for-one basis) as follows: 583 RSUs on January 1, 2026; 583 RSUs on May 8, 2026, and 584 RSUs on May 8, 2027.

2. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the Issuer.
