Explanation of Responses:

1. Twenty five percent (25%) of the stock options vest on February 1, 2025, the one-year anniversary of the grant date, with the remaining options vesting in monthly installments over a three-year period thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through the applicable vesting dates.

2. The stock options vested in full on February 1, 2024.
