1. Represents fully vested restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to Denise Daniel, the Reporting Person's spouse who is an employee of the Issuer, pursuant to the Issuer's bonus plan. Each RSU represents Mrs. Daniel's right to receive one share of Class B Common Stock of the Issuer.
