Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents options granted under the Company's 2024 Equity Incentive Plan. One third of the shares vest on the first anniversary of the grant date and the remainder of the shares subsequently vest in equal monthly installments over the second and third year after the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service as an officer. The option exercise price is the closing price on the date of the grant, March 26, 2025.
