Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock. 7,500 restricted stock units vest on the one year anniversary of the date of grant (February 18, 2027) and 7,500 restricted stock units vest on the two year anniversary of the date of grant (February 18, 2028), all subject to Mr. Mahan continuing to serve as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
