Explanation of Responses:

1. This option, originally issued by Citius Oncology Sub, Inc., vests over three years, beginning July 5, 2023, with 1/36th every month for the first year, and the 1/3 each on the second and third anniversary of the July 5, 2023, provided that the Reporting Person provides continuous services to Citius Oncology Sub, Inc. or a related entity as of each such vesting date. The option was assumed by Citius Oncology, Inc. in the merger transaction, which closed August 12, 2024.
