On March 17, 2025 (the Grant Date) John Simard was granted nonstatutory stock options under the Company's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan to purchase shares of the Company's Common Stock at an exercise price equal to the closing price of the Company's common stock, as reported by the Nasdaq Stock Market, on the Grant Date. The options vested immediately on the Grant Date.
