The option vests and becomes exercisable as to 25% of the total shares on September 26, 2023, December 26, 2023, March 26, 2024 and June 26, 2024, with 100% of the options fully vested on the earlier of the first anniversary of the grant date or the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company after the grant date (subject to the recipient's continued service to the Company through such vesting date).
