2. The restricted stock units vest in two annual equal installments beginning on March 9, 2021. The restricted stock units have no expiration date.

3. The restricted stock units vest in three equal installments beginning on November 27, 2021. The restricted stock units have no expiration date.

4. The restricted stock units vest in four annual equal installments beginning on February 10, 2022. The restricted stock units have no expiration date.
